Q: Is engraving included in the prices shown?
A: NO, Please click the "add engraving" button to add engraving to the cart, this will change as we improve the web site.

Q: Can we engrave two sides?
A: Yes, we can there is an extra charge, $7.99 for engraving the second side, at this time if this is something that you are interested in please call us toll free at 888-926-9463 or email us.

Q: Do we charge by the letter?
A: No, the engraving is a flat rate, per side per item.

Q: What if I want a design that I don't see on your options?
A: Just ask, email us or call us toll free at 888-926-9463. We will try to get you what you need.

Q: What about engraving logos?
A: We would love to etch your logo. Please email or call us toll free at 888-926-9463. Prices will vary on how many items you want engraved with your logo.

Q: What is our return policy?
A: Engraved items are not returnable unless WE make a mistake in the spelling. We will spell it exactly as it is sent to us. Please double check your spelling.

Q: How do we ship?
A: We usually ship USPS priority mail, larger items will go out UPS.
